This Privacy Policy governs the flagship storefront at livingcircuits.xyz, all associated subdirectories (including /agent-in-a-box, /crisisguard, and /scripta), and any digital infrastructure deployed by LivingCircuits Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). LivingCircuits Technologies is an umbrella architecture for a suite of independent applications and digital assets ("Products").

Individual Products may carry their own End User License Agreements governing local runtime configurations. This Policy establishes our binding data protection commitments for data processed via our web gateway, fulfillment systems, and deployment pipelines.

2. What We Do Not Collect

Our architecture prioritises local-first processing and absolute data sovereignty.

Your local operational environment is 100% private, sovereign, and physically isolated from our infrastructure.

3. Information We Collect

We limit collection strictly to data required to execute secure commerce and respond to business communications:

• Transactional & fulfillment data — when purchasing a license or pre-order: name, email address, corporate identity (if applicable), and billing region. Used solely to generate license keys, distribute software, and manage digital fulfillment.
• Payment processing — all financial transactions are managed by Stripe. LivingCircuits Technologies never processes, collects, or stores raw card numbers or financial authentication tokens.
• Support communications — name, email, and message content, used solely to respond to your inquiry.
• Aggregate analytics — non-identifying totals (page hits, generalised geographic distribution) used for site security and uptime monitoring only.

We maintain a strict prohibition on data commercialisation. We do not, have never, and will never sell, lease, or distribute your personal information to third-party data brokers, advertising syndicates, or external profiling platforms.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

• Performance of a contract — to generate, issue, and verify licenses, fulfil digital downloads, and process orders.
• Legitimate interests — to secure our web infrastructure and respond to support, partnership, or investment queries.
• Legal compliance — to maintain tax, accounting, and anti-fraud records as required by applicable law.

5. International Transfers & GDPR Alignment

LivingCircuits Technologies operates globally from Malaysia and serves European and international markets. We align our data handling with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR requirements.

Data collected via our storefront is processed through encrypted Cloudflare infrastructure. By completing a transaction or contacting us, you acknowledge that minimal fulfilment data will be processed outside the EEA. Where applicable, our infrastructure providers utilise Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to safeguard your data.

6. Data Retention

• Fulfillment & license records — retained indefinitely to verify your lifetime sovereign software licenses and support reinstalls.
• Accounting & tax metadata — retained for a minimum of seven (7) years to satisfy statutory auditing requirements under Malaysian corporate law.
• Support queries — retained for a maximum of twenty-four (24) months following resolution.

7. Your Data Rights

Regardless of your jurisdiction, you hold the following rights over your data:

• Right of access — request a copy of the data records we hold about you.
• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate or outdated details.
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your data, where not required by active contracts or legal compliance obligations.
• Right to restrict processing — restrict our processing under specific dispute conditions.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or interacting with livingcircuits.xyz, or by executing a purchase for any software listed herein, you accept these Terms of Service in full.

2. Purchases & One-Time Licensing

LivingCircuits Technologies operates on a non-subscription, value-for-value architecture. Products designated as one-time purchases are delivered as permanent, local execution assets. Your payment secures a perpetual, non-exclusive license to operate the specific software version on your private hardware, governed by its respective license agreement.

All listed pricing is final at point of sale. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, retire software revisions, or modify technical feature sets at our discretion.

3. Pre-Orders & Private Beta

Products designated as "Pre-Order", "Private Beta", or "Early Access" — including Scripta — are commercial configurations purchased prior to full feature completion.

• By securing a pre-order, you acknowledge that you are funding active development of complex local software. Features described on the storefront represent targeted engineering benchmarks.
• If a Product experiences a material delay exceeding twelve (12) calendar months from your transaction date, you retain the right to request a full refund.
• Due to the compute requirements involved in compiling offline AI models, pre-order transactions are otherwise non-refundable unless the delivery threshold is violated or development is officially terminated.

4. Payment & Anti-Fraud

All payment routing and financial settlement is executed through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate, valid billing credentials. We reserve the right to flag or revoke any license key generation sequence where our billing processors detect high-risk signals or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass, compromise, or inject code into any Cloudflare routing layer, webhook node, or automation array connected to our platform.
• Utilise automated scrapers, bots, or malicious scripts to disrupt our checkout flows.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source structures from our online interfaces or proprietary software without holding a valid developer license.

6. Intellectual Property

All site design, interface layouts, graphical assets, branding elements, trademarks, and underlying source code compiled under LivingCircuits Technologies remain the exclusive property of the founder and LivingCircuits Technologies. No ownership or brand equity transfers to you by virtue of purchasing or using our products.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LivingCircuits Technologies and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, hardware failures, system downtime, data corruption, or personal safety incidents — arising from your use or inability to use our storefront or products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute must be brought within the courts of competent jurisdiction in Kuala Lumpur / Putrajaya, Malaysia.

The products, applications, and documentation presented under LivingCircuits Technologies — including CrisisGuard, Agent-in-a-Box, and Scripta — are advanced utilities designed to enhance data privacy, productivity, and personal preparedness. They are specialised tools. They are not absolute guarantees of safety, flawless operational outcomes, or perfect information survival.

2. CrisisGuard — Physical Safety & Navigation

• Hardware dependency — GPS precision depends entirely on your device's internal hardware, antenna strength, and satellite line-of-sight. Environmental obstructions, severe weather, or electromagnetic disturbances can cause significant data deviation or total signal loss.
• Not a substitute for professional equipment — CrisisGuard does not replace certified SAR tracking hardware, dedicated satellite communication devices (e.g. Garmin InReach), or professional emergency signalling transponders.
• Not a substitute for judgment — this application must never override your personal judgment, training, or situational awareness regarding terrain hazards, weather shifts, or environmental risk.
• Backup obligation — you are required to carry physical backup navigation equipment — specifically waterproof topographic maps and a magnetic compass — when deploying into remote, hazardous, or active emergency zones.
• Assumption of risk — by purchasing and using CrisisGuard, you assume full physical risk associated with your deployment. LivingCircuits Technologies and its founder explicitly disclaim all liability for personal injury, property damage, loss of life, or commercial damages resulting from operational reliance on the software during a survival or crisis event.

3. Agent-in-a-Box — AI Output Limitations

• Local reasoning engine — AIAB operates using an isolated local large language model on your physical hardware. AI-generated outputs are the result of mathematical probability models, not verified fact retrieval.
• Verification mandate — AI outputs can feature inaccuracies, outdated information relative to your local source files, or logical errors. You are required to independently verify any output before relying on it for high-stakes decisions, including legal contracts, medical choices, or heavily regulated business workflows.

4. No Professional Advice

Nothing on livingcircuits.xyz, within our application source, or transmitted via our support correspondence constitutes formal medical, legal, financial, architectural, or professional emergency response advice.
